DSI offers service on many levels for CCTV and Access Control. We have a multi-level certified and trained technical support team. DSI offers remote support via phone or email at no charge on all DSI installed systems. We maintain a database of all service issues and keep records for easy reference.
Onsite service calls are available at a pre-quoted hourly rate for each site. Our team strives to deliver a state of the art service on all DSI systems.
DSI believes that all CCTV & Access Control Systems should be viewed as an investment. As with any electronics, maintaining these systems is crucial to the functionality and life of the system.
DSI will train onsite personnel to use their system to its fullest capabilities. Knowing the system, helps a site to maintain on their level and using DSI to service when there are needs outside of that level. Training is provided during installation and can be conducted remotely at any time free of charge. Onsite training can be done by request at a chargeable rate (unless a service contract is in place).
DSI offers Service and Maintenance contracts to support our partner’s needs. Service contracts are based on a site need. Contracts would include maintenance, service calls, and technical support availability. Each site requires a different service level and our contracts are customized and priced to the needs of an individual site. Each contract is written to maintain a system and prolong the life of the system. From remote support to onsite support, DSI will maintain the system fully.
